Please be advised that a phishing attempt has been made using the name of our Senior Warden, Mr. Ronald Penny. An email was sent from snrwarden270@gmail.com requesting a copy of the Saint Ambrose Episcopal Church Members Directory.
This message is fraudulent.
Do not reply, share any files, click links, or open attachments.
Important Reminder:
Always check the sender’s email address — not just the name.
All official Saint Ambrose email addresses will use our domain: stambroseraleigh.org
Specifically:
The official email for the Senior Warden is seniorwarden@stambroseraleigh.org.
Any message claiming to be from a vestry officer but using a Gmail, Yahoo, or other generic address is not legitimate.
If you received the phishing message or responded to it in any way, please notify the church office immediately at admin@stambroseraleigh.org (or your designated tech contact).
