Kitchen Renovations

We are excited to share that renovations to the kitchen and sacristy will begin on Monday, May 12th. These essential updates will enhance our sacred and communal spaces in alignment with our mission to be a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving church.
The projected completion date is November 2025, though this timeline is flexible. We will keep the parish informed with periodic progress reports and updates as construction advances.
Once construction starts there will be no activities scheduled in the Parish Hall, kitchen, or sacristy to allow for safe and efficient work. After the initial construction phase, with careful coordination and advance notice, some activities may be permitted in the Parish Hall, generally on Sunday. In preparation for construction, various ministries and organizations will be involved in transition efforts to clear and reconfigure their use of the impacted areas. Our goal is to ensure the continued vibrancy of our parish life and ministries, even while these spaces are temporarily inaccessible.
The Vestry will be working closely with ministries to support these transitions and maintain the strong, loving community we all cherish. We ask for your patience and prayers during this season of renewal and progress.
Should you have any questions, please reach out to a member of your Vestry.
This work is possible from the generous grant from the Episcopal Diocese of NC. Read more here.
