Beehive Banquet Cooking Classes

Join Jasmine Westbrooks and her team at Eat Well Exchange, Inc. for interactive cooking sessions that  change the perception of a healthy meal by putting a focus on culture.

The Beehive Banquet is made possible through two generous grants from the Episcopal Diocese of NC to renovate the St. Ambrose kitchen and start a culinary arts program.

The prophet Isaiah’s vision guides Saint Ambrose’s Beehive Banquet: Healthy

Foods/Healthy Communities Initiative. “Now the Lord … will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain.” (Isaiah 25:6) The beehive, honey bee, honeycomb, and honey are historic symbols for our patron saint, Ambrose of Milan. The Beehive Banquet will offer healthy food culinary classes.
