New Hope Collaborative
Every Tuesday until November 25
Saint Ambrosians are invited to participate in a weekly exercise class. The sessions are led by Angie Mitchell and designed to address balance and joint health. Participants should bring a well-padded exercise mat and a set of weights, choose between 3-5 lbs. Email Angie Mitchell or ecw@stambroseraleigh.org for more information.

This training is an experience curated by Black people for people(s) of color to explore, engage, and heal from racial traumas perpetuated by and against our communities.
